Hi there! My name is Susan Larson, the person behind Garden Function, and I’m so glad you’re here!

I started this blog to share the passion I have for gardening. It’s a love that’s grown since my childhood afternoons in my grandmother’s garden to the ever-evolving (and always dirt covered) adventures I enjoy today. It’s an adventure and a hobby in which I always tend to learn something new everyday.

Garden Function is my way of helping others discover the joy and satisfaction that comes from growing something beautiful and green. Whether it’s tips on sprucing up your indoor garden, tricks for a getting a nicer veggie crop, or easy to follow guides on planting your first ever flower bed, I want this space to be a friendly resource for everyone.

Gardening doesn’t have to be complicated. No matter how much space you have or how green (or not-so-green) your thumbs are.
